Refund policy

Returns

Our returns policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Any items that arrive damaged must be reported within 24 hours of delivery in order to be eligible for a replacement or refund.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused
In the same condition as received
In their original packaging

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Please do not send items directly back us without contacting us first.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

Items returned in a condition that is not original, or with damage or missing parts not due to our error
Items returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your item. We will then inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

Please check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card provider, as processing times can vary.
Contact your bank, as there may be additional processing delays.

Sale Items

Only items purchased at regular price are eligible for a refund. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at hello@paradise-posters.com and send the item to:

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return once the item has been received.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or was shipped to the purchaser before being given to you, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
